24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We value your time and strive to provide the best possible care for all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone’s needs, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services.
Notice Requirement:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
Cancellation Fees:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of $100. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or added to your next appointment.

No-Show Policy:
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full amount of the missed service.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please be aware that your session may be shortened to ensure that subsequent appointments can start on time. The full service fee will still apply.
Emergency Cancellations:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.
